Wanted to marry his girlfriend but was winded just walking around

Gained a lot of extra weight in college

Joined a local gym
Worked out twice a day
Worked cardio and exercised
Persisted through initial exhaustion
Workouts became easier
Added challenges
Ran 8-K with his girlfriend

He set up a detailed MEAL PLAN for the week
Wrote it down and followed it
Eliminated fast-food binges
Allows for a guilt-free meal once a week

HOW HE SUSTAINED HIS MOTIVATION
Chose to change his lifestyle from passive to active
Functional fitness classes 2 times a week
Daily 2 to 3-mile runs
Pick-up basketball 2 times a week
Saturday classes to stay in shape on weekends
Became a certified professional trainer
